In 2022, the Nebraska Juvenile Justice Association partnered with Parlay Consulting Firm to complete our Strategic Plan.
The plan consisted of the following steps: 1) gather input from statewide stakeholders through a survey; 2) held an all-day workshop to develop a three-year strategic plan to maximize mission impact; and 3) create a clear implementation plan with role clarity and accountability.
All NJJA staff and Board members were involved in the strategic planning process.
