NJJA’s partners are professionals working with youth on a daily basis. Trainings can enhance providers’ skills to impact youth lives today and build towards a productive and successful future. Through ongoing trainings, providers can improve their levels of awareness, increase their skills in one or more areas of expertise, and increase their motivation to perform their job well. NJJA strives to provide quality and applicable educational and training opportunities to help providers thrive in serving youth. Trainings that focus on evidence-based practices and programs are strongly encouraged to provide the most consistent and effective approaches.
