Making Your Smartphone Work for You
This training will help you learn how to use special features on your iPhone. You will also learn how to download and use two free apps, StrategizeMyLife and PaceMyDay. These apps can help you plan better, stay organized, manage your time, and develop strategies that work for your life.
You will learn easy, step-by-step ways to use your phone's tools. You will also learn how to use these two apps to build good habits, keep track of your daily plans, and develop coping and organizational skills.
These tools can be especially helpful for youth who may struggle with organization, managing their time, learning new skills, or coping when life feels overwhelming. Because the tools are individualized and right there on your phone, they can provide support when and where you need it.
When you use these tools together, good things can happen! You might:
Miss fewer appointments
Keep a steady daily routine
Finish what you start
Stay calmer when things feel stressful
Get more done at school, home, or work
Feel more confident doing things on your own
Make everyday life feel a little simpler
That's because strategies and support are always right there in your pocket, whenever you need them.
